Solutions of the Yang-Mills-Higgs equations in 2+1 dimensional anti-de Sitter space-time

The solutions of the Bogomolny equation in anti-de Sitter space-time are obtained by using Darboux transformations with both constant spectral parameters and variable "spectral parameters". These solutions give the Yang-Mills-Higgs fields in anti-de Sitter space-time. Some examples in SU(2) case are considered and qualitative asymptotic behaviors of the solutions as t tends to infinity are discussed in detail.Comment: LaTeX, 18 pages, 11 PS figure

    SmartCTT Geocoding

    Get PDF
In the services offered by the company CTT, its necessary to provide as complete infor- mation as possible about the coordinates of the door sequences, such as an estimate of the delivery time associated with each door. Although CTT provides an huge base of addresses with door numbers, properly geolocated, its not complete, as a consequence, the process of altering and optimizing the postman’s routes is difficult. Its intended, then, the development of a geocoding methodology in which it can characterize all points for a specific region, so that later, this can be applied to different regions of the country. Geocoding is a process composed of a series of steps, including a normalization phase, a correspondence phase and a localization phase, with the ultimate goal of estimating a geographical position from a given textual information. There’re likely to have applica- tion errors, always use a geocoding indicator to validate the results obtained in order to maximize accuracy. This document presents a study on techniques and related technologies in the area of geocoding and also, a possible solution to challenge proposed by the company CYY, with the objective of completing as much geographic information as possible in the company’s database. In order to verify the quality and accuracy of the solution developed in this project several APIs are used, the same geocoding services as Google or Bing, which return results that will be used for a comparison effect. Another verification criterion is to perform the ground truth technique, testing a solution with information available in the CTT database

Research on the Frequency Aliasing of Resistance Acceleration Guidance for Reentry Flight

According to the special response of resistance acceleration during hypersonic reentry flight, different guidance frequency will result to very different flight and control response. The analysis model for the response of resistance acceleration to the attack angle and dynamic press is put forward respectively in this paper. And the frequency aliasing phenomenon of guidance is revealed. The simulation results to the same vehicle sufficiently substantiate the frequency aliasing of resistance acceleration during reentry guidance

Probing Heavy Neutrinos at the LHC from Fat-jet using Machine Learning

We explore the potential to use machine learning methods to search for heavy neutrinos, from their hadronic final states including a fat-jet signal, via the processes pp→W±∗→μ±N→μ±μ∓W±→μ±μ∓Jpp \rightarrow W^{\pm *}\rightarrow \mu^{\pm} N \rightarrow \mu^{\pm} \mu^{\mp} W^{\pm} \rightarrow \mu^{\pm} \mu^{\mp} J at hadron colliders. We use either the Gradient Boosted Decision Tree or Multi-Layer Perceptron methods to analyse the observables incorporating the jet substructure information, which is performed at hadron colliders with s=\sqrt{s}= 13, 27, 100 TeV. It is found that, among the observables, the invariant masses of variable system and the observables from the leptons are the most powerful ones to distinguish the signal from the background. With the help of machine learning techniques, the limits on the active-sterile mixing have been improved by about one magnitude comparing to the cut-based analyses, with VμN2≲10−4V_{\mu N}^2 \lesssim 10^{-4} for the heavy neutrinos with masses, 100 GeV <mN< ~<m_N<~1 TeV.Comment: 14 pages, 8 figure
